David and Christina Vonarburg and their two children are the fourth generation occupiers of the Adelwil farm. The main source of income has been milk production for as long as anyone can remember. Around 70 cows supply the best raw material for our farm ice cream. It consists exclusively of cream and milk from their own cows, without any artificial flavourings. Yogurt and ice cream are produced using traditional methods, as well as sorbets with regional ingredients. Seasonally fresh, ripe fruits define the natural varieties. Such ice creams do not require any colourings or flavour enhancers. The exceptionally delicious farm ice cream is more compact than traditional commercial ice creams. This, along with its refreshingly fruity flavour, makes the indulgence even more intense.
